Ex-CJ Khairul Haque lands in jail

A Dhaka court has sent former Chief Justice (CJ) ABM Khairul Haque in a case filed over graft and the delivery of a manipulated judgment, reports UNB.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Md Saifuzzaman passed the order on Thursday when police produced him before the court after completion of his seven-day remand.
Earlier on July 30, a Dhaka court placed Khairul Haque on a seven-day remand in the case.
