Ex-MP & Rupali Bank Chair Rashiduzzaman Dudu passes away

Former Awami League lawmaker Khandaker Rashiduzzaman Dudu died at Apollo Hospitals in Dhaka city on Wednesday morning. He was 70. Family sources and the doctors at Appolo Hospitals said Khandaker Rashiduzzaman Dudu, also former Chairman of Rupali Bank, was declared dead around 8:45am. They said Rashiduzzaman Dudu had died before he was taken to the hospital at Baridhara. Rashiduzzaman was elected member of the Jatiya Sangsad (parliament) from Kushtia-3 constituency. He was also the president of Kushtia district unit of Awami League. He is survived by wife, son and daughter and a host of relatives and well-wishers to mourn his death, according to UNB.
