Ex-NBR member Matiur sent to jail in arms case

A metropolitan magistrate court in the city on Saturday sent former member of National Board of Revenue (NBR) Md Ratiur Rahman to jail in an arms case of Vatara Thana of the metropolis, reports BSS.
Detective Branch of Police Sub-inspector Belal Hossain, after the expiry of a three-day remand, produced Matiur before the court of Metropolitan Magistrate Naznin Akhter and prayed for confining him into jail till the end of the investigation. The court ordered to send him to jail custody.
