Excitement over India\\\'s upcoming tour

India is to visit Bangladesh in the next month to play a series of three one day internationals and a test match. The cricket lovers of Bangladesh are naturally delighted and they look forward to see an exciting contest between the two sides. India is a great power in world cricket as it has a few brilliant cricketers in their ranks. It has some of the world's finest batsmen and a formidable bowling attack.  But after the Tigers' recent performance against the visiting Pakistan team and in CWC 2015, cricket pundits have started rating Bangladesh higher than before, more so as they will be facing the Indians in their own backyards. Seeing the plight of Pakistan, India will bring in their best team so that they do not have to face a similar fate like that of their arch rivals, Pakistan. Undoubtedly, Bangladesh has emerged as a new power in the world of cricket and the Tigers are making their marks in the cricketing arena. But they should not feel complacent as playing against India is altogether a different proposition. I hope, the India-Bangladesh series will be a keenly contested one and the cricket-loving people of the country will have the opportunity to see some great cricketing feats on their grounds. Moreover, cricket is not merely a sport, it is also a tool to improve bilateral relations with our neighbours and brighten our image abroad.
