The Annual Business Development Conference 2012 of Exim Bank was held recently at Emmanuelle's Banquet Hall at Gulshan.for discussing the achievement of year 2011 and Annual Business Plan 2012.
Chairman of the Exim Bank Mr. Md. Nazrul Islam Mazumder was present as the chief guest and the Managing Director of the Bank Md. Fariduddin Ahmed presided over the conference.
All Branch Managers and the Executives of the head office attended the conference.
The Members of the Board of Directors Mr. A.K.M. Nurul Fazal Bulbul, Mr. Md. Habib Ullah Dawn, Mr. Mohammed Shahidullah, Al-haj Md. Nurul Amin, Mr. Zubayer Kabir, Mr. Mohammad Omar Farooque Bhuiyan, Major Khandaker Nurul Afser (Retd), Lt Col (Retd) Serajul Islam, Mr. Md. Fakhrul Islam Mazumder, Mr. Khandakar Mohammed Saiful Alam, Mr. Abdullah Al-Zahir (Swapan), Alternate Director, Mrs. Ayesha Akhter, Additional Managing Director Dr. Haider Ali Miah and Deputy Managing Directors Mr. Abdul Latif Barabhuiya and M. Mr. Md. Nazrul Islam Mazumder, Chairman of the Bank said Exim Bank is contributing a lot to develop the private-sector-led economy. Within the decade Exim Bank secured its position among the top banks by ensuring transparency in management, accountability, development and corporate social responsibility. He congratulated all for achieving target and advised them to work with integrity
Mr. Md. Fariduddin Ahmed discussed on performance of the bank for the year 2012. He clearly directed the way of achieving goal of the year and projected a short term and long term action plan for rapid growth of deposit, investment, import, export and profit.
He also emphasized on building good relations between clients and bankers for the sake of bank’s interest.
