Expats remit $294.98m on Feb 1-6

The country received $294.98 million in  remittance in the first six days of the current month of March.  The remittance earning was $256.78 million in the same period of February. Bangladesh Bank statistics show the four state-owned commercial banks-Agrani, Janata, Rupali and Sonali-received $92.10 million from the expatriate Bangladeshis while four state-owned specialised banks got $3.90 million.    — UNB
