Expo of 12th Berger young painters' art contest begins

The exhibition of the 12th Berger Young Painters Art Competition (BYPAC) was inaugurated at Zainul Gallery of Institute of Fine Arts at Dhaka University Tuesday.
Berger Paints (BD) Ltd Managing Director Masih Ul Karim inaugurated the art exhibition.
This year, the BYPAC stepped into its 12th year with the participation of 281 young artists with 577 paintings.
The jury committee, comprising some noted artists, selected 40 paintings for final competition. The paintings along with the six award-winning paintings have been put on display in the exhibition.
Berger Paints Director Operations Rupali Chowdhury, faculties of the Institute, students and high officials of the company were present, among others, at the inaugural function.
