Export potentials in West Africa

WEST African nations offer a tremendous opportunity for Bangladeshi products to grab the markets. We can export pharmaceuticals, garments, toiletries, jute and leather items and many other products to these countries. Liberia, Benin, Nigeria, Burkina Faso, Senegal and Ghana in West Africa have good markets for our business people to explore before others do it.
Of course, many countries are already exporting their goods to these countries by opening their offices there. Many countries, especially India and China opened their offices there. Those offices correspond with the host countries on a day-to-day basis.
Why can't our business organisations open their offices in these countries to do business? Our government also should set up consulates in these countries to help promote our business interests.
We should exploit the potential export opportunities in West Africa.
