Extremist leader's body found in Khulna

KHULNA, Oct 3 (UNB): Police recovered the body of an extremist group leader from the bank of a water body in Dumuria Upazila Saturday.
The deceased was identified as Adhir Mondal, son of Ponchanon Mondal of Pabla village in the upazila.
Local people found the body covered with soil at noon on the bank of Khoria beel at noon and informed the police.
Police suspected that Adhir might have been killed by his rivals over internal conflict. Police said he was wanted in a number of cases.
