Fake Partex Mattress sellers fined

During a recent drive by a mobile court led by Executive Magistrate for Dhaka Metropolitan Area Pathan Md. Saiduzzaman raided several mattress shops and a mattress factory named 'Elite Foam Mattress Enterprise' in Mirpur area and confiscated several counterfeit mattresses bearing the brand name Partex, says a statement.
The mobile court fined all these shops and the factory for producing and selling fake Partex mattresses.
The magistrate later stated that legal action would be taken against the manufacturers and sellers of these counterfeit mattresses.
All genuine Partex mattresses are sold only from Partex Furniture showrooms across the country. The company authority has requested its customers to refrain from buying fake Partex mattresses from the open market.
