Farid Uddin joins Rupali Bank as MD

M Farid Uddin joined Rupali Bank Ltd as managing director (MD), said a press release.
Prior to joining Rupali Bank , he worked in the bank and financial division under the Ministry of Finance as special officer-in-charge (managing director).
Mr Uddin started his career in BIDS and later, he joined the Bangladesh Krishi Bank as an officer.
He was promoted to the post of general manager of Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank.
He also served in various capacities of House Building Finance Corporation and Janata Bank.
He was made managing director of Bangladesh Shilpa Rin Sangstha in 2009.
Mr Uddin is an MA in Economics from the University of Dhaka.
