Farmer dies in road accident

A farmer was killed in a road accident at Binodpur village under Shibganj upazila in Chapainawabganj district on Sunday morning. The dead is M Parul, 34, son of Faizuddin of Kamat village of Binodpur union. Police sources said the accident occurred when a locally-made vehicle hit Parul around 7.30am while he was going to his paddy field. He died on the spot, according to BSS.
