Fatema wins ‘Food Plating Master’ title

The grand finale of Dishoom Presents 'Master of Food Plating' was held recently, says a press release.
The national food plating master title was awarded to Fatema Binte Shafik, while Sanjida Parvin and Moshiur Rahman became the first runner-up and the second runner-up respectively.
Significant number of food makers from across the country participated in the programme.
On the basis of grooming and best performance, 12 dessert experts were shortlisted for the semi-final round. Finally, six food plating masters went ahead for championship in Bangladesh's first prominent reality shows- Dishoom Presents 'Master of Food Plating' powered by IFAD Mustard Oil and IFAD Eggy Noodles and organised by ITICA.
IFAD Group's Finance Director Nilufar Ahmed, HR Director Shejuti A Ahmed, and Chairman of International Training Institute of Culinary Arts and Women Culinary Arts of Bangladesh Nazma Huda, among others, were present at the grand finale of 'Master of Food Plating'.
Food plating is very much popular in the culinary sector across the world. 'Dishoom presents Master of Food Plating' is the first initiative in Bangladesh for food makers and culinary experts on food plating knowledge sharing, adds the release.
