Father killed, daughter hurt in road crash

A father was killed in a road accident in front of his child in the capital's Jatrabari area on Thursday.
The deceased was identified as Abdul Hannan (45).
The fatal incident also left his daughter Mosammat Mim Akter (12) injured.
The victim was riding a motorcycle with his daughter, a student of class five.
At one stage, a running truck hit the motorcycle from behind near Saddam Market at Matuail around 1:00 pm.
The man was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital in a critical condition where the on-duty doctor declared him dead.
