Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) has requested the government to extend the deadline for submitting income tax returns to October 31 for the convenience of the
people. "We've already sent a request to the finance ministry and the National Board of Revenue (NBR) for extending the tax return submission deadline to October 31 from September 30," said the FBCCI in a statement on Monday. — BSS
