FDSA distributes cricket league trophies

FARIDPUR, Jun 6(BSS): Trophies of just concluded Premiere Division, First Division and Second Division cricket leagues organised by Faridpur District Sports Association (FDSA) were distributed at a function held at the local stadium Friday.
In Premiere Division, Faridpur Sabuj Sangha and Eden Club became champions and runners up respectively. Eight local teams took part in the contest.
In First Division League, Asian Young Krira Sangha and Tarar Shangha became champions and runners up respectively while 10 teams participated in the tournament.
In Second Division, Bandhan Club and Shantu Smriti Club came out as champions and runners up respectively while 31 teams took part in the competition. President of FDSA and Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Faridpur Helaluddin Ahmed presided over the prize distribution ceremony .
