FE celebrates 30th anniversary

The Financial Express (FE), Bangladesh's pioneering business daily, has celebrated its 30th anniversary at its office in Dhaka city's Purana Paltan.
Marking the event, FE Editor Shamsul Huq Zahid cut a cake flanked by the corporate clients and staff of the daily at its conference room on Sunday.
Senior executives from different banks, financial institutions, corporate houses, insurance companies as well as firms and agencies in the hospitality industry joined the celebration programme.
The entities included Al-Arafah Islami Bank, Social Islami Bank Limited, AB Bank, NCC Bank, Mercantile Bank, Community Bank, Bengal Commercial Bank, South Bangla Agriculture and Commerce Bank , Hotel Radisson, Hotel Westin, Hotel Amari, bKash, Chartered Life Insurance, Concito PR and Forethought PR.
On this occasion, the daily brought out the first of its three-part special supplement on the day.
The supplement carried thought-provoking analyses, commentaries and articles on national and global economic, political, social and other contemporary issues.
As the country's oldest and largest-circulated business daily, The Financial Express stepped into the 31st year of publication on Nov 10, 2023, reaffirming its commitment to fair and objective journalism.
