FEDERAL INSURANCE HOLDS 37TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Federal Insurance PLC was held in a hybrid mode, with physical presence at Muktijuddho Srmity Milonyaton, IDEB Bhaban, in Dhaka on Thursday. Enamul Hoq, Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting. Vice Chairman Elias Siddiquee; Chairman of the Executive & Investment Committee Jainul Abedin Jamal; Chairman of the Audit Committee Md. Mahafuzur Rahman; Chairman of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee Md. Rafiqul Islam; Chairman of the Risk Management Committee Md. Giash Uddin; and Managing Director & CEO AMM Mohiuddin Chowdhury attended the meeting. The meeting approved a 10% cash dividend for shareholders. In the meeting, Abrarul Haque and Hasina Banu were re-elected as directors from among the public shareholders.
