KURIGRAM, Aug 14 : Following the second time verdict acquitting BSF constable Amiya Ghosh in the Bangladeshi girl Felani killing case, victim's father has moved the Indian Supreme Court against the judgment. Felani's father Nurul Islam filed an appeal with the Indian apex court on Friday seeking review of the verdict in the case. He filed the appeal with the help of two human rights organisations—Bangladesh-based Ain O Salish Kendra and India-based Banglar Manabadhikar Suraksha Mancha (MASUM)—as a special court of Indian Border Security Force (BSF) in Cooch Behar upheld its previous verdict acquitting BSF constable Amiya Ghosh on July 3. — UNB
