She is the daughter of Dr Saiful Islam, a physician at Islamia Eye Hospital in Farmgate area. Ramna Police Station OC Mashiur Rahman said the body was recovered from the ECCP Coaching Centre at House No 26 of Khandaker Lane in Siddheswari at around 5:30pm. “Shipping Minister Shajahan Khan’s younger brother Lutfar Rahman is the owner of the building. The students of Viqarunnisa Noon School take tuition from the coaching centre.” Rahman said Irin’s father filed a general diary with them on Saturday over the missing of his daughter. “We’re looking as to how Irin came to the coaching centre which isn’t related with her personal and academic life.” Sub-Inspector Mominul Haque said they detained the guard of the coaching centre, Mujibul Haque, for interrogation. He said Ira Rahman, daughter of the building owner Lutfar Rahman, used to run the coaching centre. Several calls to Irin’s father’s mobile phone went unanswered.
