Female voter dies at Sitakundu

CHITTAGONG, Aug 4 (UNB): Chikdan Priya (60), an old female voter in Sitakundu municipality area, fell sick and died a few minutes after casting her vote Monday.
Local people said she was in a queue for long in the sultry weather and suddenly fell sick after casting her vote at Shibpur Government Primary School centre. She died at about 10:50 am as she was returning home from the centre.
She was taken to the Upazila Health Complex where doctors declared her dead.
