Fidelity Assets gets DSE listing approval

The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) listing sub-committee has approved the listing of Fidelity Assets and Securities Company Limited, a non-banking financial institution (NBFI).
The approval came at a meeting held on Sunday at the DSE, sources concerned said.
The DSE board in its next meeting will fix the debut date of the company's share trading on the bourse.
The leasing company has floated 1406350 ordinary shares worth Tk 140.63 million in the stock market, according to the company's prospectus.
The face value of each share has been fixed at Tk 100.
The subscription of the company's IPO ended on November 1, 2007.
Fidelity Assets will be the 17th listed NBFI in DSE.
The already listed NBFIs are IDLC, United Leasing, Uttara Finance, MIDAS Financing, First Lease International, People's Leasing, Prime Finance and Investment, Premier Leasing, Islamic Finance and Investment, LankaBangla Finance, Bangladesh Industrial Finance, IPDC, Union Capital, Bangladesh Finance Investment Co Ltd, International Leasing, and Phoenix Finance and Investments Ltd.
