FIFA World Cup not too far

The World Cup football tournament is just three weeks away and the world is eagerly waiting for this mega sports event to commence. Whenever I think of any big sports event, the first thing that comes to my mind is the FIFA World Cup. I was a kid when I watched world cup tournament first, on TV screen in 1982.
The tournament was held in Spain and Paolo Rossi became the hero. It was like a fairy tale. Paolo Rossi scored six goals and won the most coveted trophy for Italy. In the final match, Italy beat Germany by 3-1 and Rossi scored the first goal for Italy. Since then, I never missed any World Cup match and always count the years, months and days. This time the tournament is going to be held in Brazil. When I think about football, the first name that comes to my mind is Brazil.
The World Cup tournament is getting bigger with each edition. Football is still the most popular sports in the world. So, let's celebrate this glittering event with befitting enthusiasm.
