Fighting insomnia -

Friday, 8 July 2022

There is no substitute for regular sleep. It relieves fatigue throughout the day and makes the mind and the body healthy and lively. So, you need to take 8 to 10 hours of sleep every night. But currently, many people in Bangladesh have been suffering from sleeplessness. And there are some people who deliberately keep themselves away from their sleep for their work. And as a result, we are creating various physical, mental and emotional issues for us. It can lead one to a variety of problems, including diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder.
As adults, we are expected to get a complete rest before the new day starts, but common causes like stress, anxiety, depression, rooms with uneven temperatures, too much caffeine consumption and even uncomfortable beds can persistently keep us awake. These days, we have taken insomnia for granted as an unavoidable way of modern life. But there are effective ways to fight it and win. Everyone needs to be aware of this and do the needful.
