FinExcel holds 1st board meet

Financial Excellence Ltd (FINEXCEL), deals with a broad range of business issues, primarily providing comprehensive services to financial sector, held its first board meeting recently, said a press release.
FINEXCEL chairman Shahed Noman presided over the meeting.
Key agendas including confirmation of the new board of director, executive committee and business plan up to March 2011 along with other miscellaneous issues were discussed.
