Fire at National Museum

A fire that broke out on the third floor of the National Museum Sunday morning was put out within an hour. Duty officer of Fire Brigade headquarters Shahjadi Sultana said the fire had broken out around 9:06 am. On information, five fire fighting units rushed to spot and doused the fire at around 10 am. The origin of the fire and the extent of damage could not be known immediately. — UNB
