Fire breaks out at city’s Kalshi slum

An incident of fire took place at a slum in the capital's Kalshi area on Monday.
An official of the Fire Service and Civil Defence told the FE that twelve units of fire-fighters were working to bring the blaze under control till filing this report at around 9:30 pm.
He said they received information about the fire incident at 7:23 pm.
He, however, said the cause of the fire and the extent of damage could be known after investigation.
No casualties have been reported so far.
