First death anniv of Syeda Zohra Tajuddin today

The first death anniversary of Awami League (AL) presidium member Syeda Zohra Tajuddin, wife of the first prime minister of Bangladesh Tajuddin Ahmed, will be observed in the city as elsewhere across the country in a befitting manner today (Saturday), reports BSS.
A milad mahfil will be held at the city residence of her daughter and Awami League Central Working Committee member Simin Hossain Rimi, MP, (House-92, Mosjid Road, DOHS, Banani) after Magreb prayers to seek divine blessings for eternal peace of the departed soul.
In a statement Friday, the family members of Syeda Zohra Tajuddin requested all concerned to attend the milad mahfil.
