First Security Bank AGM held

The 15th Annual General Meeting of First Security Islami Bank Limited was held Friday at Hotel Agrabad, Chittagong. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Mohammed Saiful Alam, Chairman, Board of Directors of First Security Islami Bank Limited. Among others Alhaj Mohammed Abdul Maleque, Vice Chairman, Board of Directors, A. A. M Zakaria, Managing Director, Mr. S. M. Nazrul Islam, company secretary and shareholders of Bank were also present on the occasion. The AGM approved 10 per cent cash dividend for the year 2013 only for the general shareholders except Sponsors / Directors, according to a statement.
