First Security Islami Bank tops Dhaka WASA bill collection for 5th year

Among 40 banks, First Security Islami Bank has secured the top position for collecting Dhaka WASA bills for the fifth consecutive year in the financial year 2022-2023. A ceremony titled 'Dhaka WASA Bill Collection Award' was held on Sunday at a city hotel to celebrate the achievement. Md Tazul Islam, MP, minister for Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives, presented the certificate and crest to Muhammad Mustafa Khair, managing director (Current Charge) of First Security Islami Bank. Muhammad Ibrahim, secretary of the Local Government Division, Dr Md Khairuzzaman Mozumder, secretary of the Finance Division and Professor Dr Sujit Kumar Bala, chairman of the Dhaka WASA Board, attended the ceremony as special guests. Dhaka WASA Managing Director Engineer Taqsem A Khan presided over the event.
