Fish trader killed in Sylhet

SYLHET, June 23(UNB): A fish trader was killed following a brawl over a trifling matter at Dashpikebazar in Bisawanath Upazila Sunday.
The deceased was identified as Moshahid Ali (42), of Anarpur village.
Local people said Moshahid took a loan from BRAC recently and Joynal Miah, of the same village, wanted to borrow Tk 2000 from him. Moshahid did not agree to lend money to Joynal which led to an altercation Sunday evening.
At one stage, Joynal struck Moshahid with a sharp weapon injuring him critically.
