Charge sheet against five persons was submitted to the CMM court Wednesday in the Jatrabari flyover scam case. They include former prime minister's political secretary Haris Chowdhury, his brother-in-law Masum Ahmed, driver Abdus Salam, Orion Group chairman Obaidul Karim and former BNP whip Ashraf Hossain. — UNB
