Five pharmacies fined for selling saline at higher prices in Cumilla

CUMILLA, Sept 21 (BSS): A team of Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP) in a drive fined owners of five pharmacies Tk 36,000 for creating artificial crisis of saline and selling it at higher prices in Tomchambridge area under Sadar upazila the district town.
Sources concerned said the DNCRP team, led by assistant director Md Asadul Islam, conducted the drive.
Members of the law enforcement agencies assisted in the operation team.
