Five RMG workers injured in boiler explosion in Savar

SAVAR, Jun 29 (UNB): At least five readymade garment (RMG) workers were injured in a boiler explosion in a factory at Khagan area of the upazila Saturday.
Witnesses said an explosion took place in a boiler of Simtrex RMG factory in the area around 2:00 pm, leaving five workers of the factory injured.
Three among the injured Monirul Islam ( 25), Anwar Hossain (23), and Al-Amin (20) were rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital in critical condition.
Imran Hossain, General Manager of the factory, confirmed the incident.
