A healthy study habit for a student includes the habit of studying all the subjects regularly, if possible daily or at least once in every two days. Sometimes students might find it difficult to manage time for all the subjects, but is advisable that they spend at least some time for each of the subject on a regular basis-daily or once in every two days.
If students concentrate on one or a few courses in a day and do not care even to care skim through other courses, they might lag behind in other courses, feel less confident and start losing interest in studies.
Reading all the subjects on regular basis has multiple benefits. It keeps students in touch with all the subjects and thus they remain updated. When they are updated about all the courses, they can discuss any issue that they have read with their classmates. Being updated in this way helps them be in the mainstream.
Learners might find it very interesting to skim through all the subjects regularly. They will feel confident about all the courses. Also they will not allow grow panic about any subject since they are reading all the subjects almost everyday.
Such a habit will help them develop sense of connecting ideas, they can relate knowledge of one subject with another. When learners will grow the habit of connecting knowledge, they will be able to prepare better notes for the exam and they will be able to answer any question in the exam hall in a more mature way.
Reading all courses regularly will make students interested about each of the classes they will attend. They will be eager to learn in each of the classes. So they can ensure maximum utilisation of their days in this way.
Now how to skim through every subject everyday? First, you need to be a very fast reader. You can develop ability of reading fast through regular practice. Second, keep the books and notebooks of all the subjects ready and near your hand so that idleness can never hinder you from skimming through all the subjects. Third, close your eyes and think deeply about the subjects. This will inspire you to skim through all the subjects. Fourth, love all the subjects. Let not any disliking grow about any subject. Fifth, do not keep any lesson pending for day after day. If you do so, you might find that for keeping a particular cheaper pending, you cannot proceed reading a book since that pending lessons is a must to understand the meaning of the following chapters. Sixth, use your notebooks as much as possible. Draw diagram or do mapping after understanding every lesson/chapter. These diagrams/maps will be helpful for you to think about the chapters.
