Ford executive arrives in Dhaka

District Manager of Ford Export Operations for the Southeast Asia region DJ Simpson arrived in Dhaka Wednesday for a three-day visit to explore more market opportunities for the US automobile giant's Ford vehicles.
During the visit, Simpson would visit AG Automobiles Ltd, the exclusive Ford distributor in Bangladesh, and also make some courtesy call on some important private and fleet customers.
The objective of his visit is to understand more about the market demands and technological requirement of the country.
He will also enlighten the AG Automobile's management, staff and customers on the latest development in the global automobile arena, and how Ford with cooperation from its global representatives and all stakeholders is determined to achieve the goals.
This is the first visit of Mr Simpson to Bangladesh, who has over 18 years of international sales and marketing experience.
