Foreign student falls to death in Ctg

A foreign student of a private university has died after falling from the rooftop of a six-storied building in Chittagong’s Khulshi area. Ehsan Irfan, 23, a final year MBBS student of the University of Science and Technology (USTC), was a Sri Lankan national. Irfan was seriously injured as he fell off the roof on Wednesday morning. His friends rushed him to the Chittagong Medical College and Hospital (CMCH) where doctors declared him dead, CMCH police outpost’s constable Jahangir Alam said. They could not say how he fell from the roof, Alam said. Khulshi Police Station SI Shamsur Rahman said they were going to the spot of the accident, according to bdnews24.com.
