Foreign TV channels

Too much has been said about drama serials run by some foreign channels. We have no complaints about operation of such channels, but on whether to watch them should be a conscious choice of people. As many people including juveniles are glued to such programmes, they lose their valuable time.
Also, the stories replete with conspiracies, family crises, conflicts, and some other social maladies spread no good culture among our people. In cases, they promote excessive consumerism, elitism, and evil characters. In such a situation, we need to promote our own culture.
