GLASGOW, Sept 25 (AFP): David Will, a former President of the Scottish Football Association (SFA) who also served as a vice-president of FIFA, has died of cancer at the age of 72, the SFA announced Friday.
Will was a member of the executive committee of FIFA, world football's governing body, from 1990-2007 and was described by SFA Chief Executive Gordon Smith as one of the most influential figures in the game.
"We have lost a friend today - and football has lost one of its most committed and talented sons," Smith said.
