Fortis Escorts Heart Institute starts operation

Fortis Escorts Heart Institute (FEHI), one of the most advanced cardiac care centres in Asia, joined hands with AFC Health Limited, Bangladesh, a leading healthcare company in the region, to inaugurate a dedicated cardiac institute at Sonadanga in Khulna Town. The institute provides the first ever private Cath Lab cardiac facility in the region.
Eminent cardiologist and Chairman of Fortis Escorts Heart Institute Dr Ashok Seth inaugurated the facility recently, said a statement.
Economic Affairs Adviser to the Prime Minister Dr Masihur Rahman, Chief Operating Officer of Fortis Healthcare Limited Ashish Bhatia, Indian Deputy High Commissioner to Bangladesh Sandeep Chakravorty and Chairman of AFC Health ABM Ghulam Mostafa were present on the occasion, among others.
