Four Afghan civilians killed in bombing

KABUL, Nov 22 (AP) : NATO says four Afghan civilians have been killed and two others wounded by a homemade bomb planted by insurgents in eastern Afghanistan.
The coalition said international forces responded to the blast Monday in Zurmat district of Paktia province and transported the wounded to a local hospital.
In an overnight operation the same district, the coalition said a joint Afghan and NATO force killed Fared Gul, a Taliban fighter involved in planting roadside bombs and organizing attacks on coalition convoys and aircraft.
