Four-day Textech Bangladesh Int’l Expo begins in city

The "21st Textech Bangladesh International Expo 2022", organised by "CEMS-Global USA" in association with "CEMS Bangladesh", kicked off in the city on Wednesday, says a press release.
This iconic show is back after two years of COVID restrictions along with two concurrent exhibitions titled the "18th Dhaka International Yarn & Fabric Show 2022-Summer Edition" and "40th Dye+Chem Bangladesh 2022 International Expo". This four-day event will run from August 31 to September 3, at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB), Bashundhara, Dhaka. These three comprehensive international exhibitions have served the entire textile and garments industry of Bangladesh for the last 21 years.
Textiles and Jute Minister Golam Dastagir Gazi attended the "21st Textech Bangladesh International Expo-2022" inauguration ceremony as the chief guest. Faruque Hassan, President of BGMEA, Mohammad Hatem, Executive President of BKMEA, and Dhiraj Raichand Shah, Chairman of SRTEPC, also attended as special guests. The event was presided over by Meherun N. Islam, President and Managing Director of CEMS Global.
The exhibitions will be open to the public every day from 10.30 am to 7.30 pm.
