Four held with 10,500 Yaba tablets

Detectives in separate drives arrested four people along with 10,500 pieces of Yaba tablets from different parts of the city on Friday night, reports UNB.
Assistant Com­mis­sioner (media) of DMP Khandaker Rabiul Arafat said a team of DB police arrested a drug peddler Mohammad Rakib along with 10,000 Yaba tablets in front of Akama Timber Complex Door and Furniture near Rayerbagh Punam Cinema Hall in the evening.
In another drive, DB police arrested three people along with 500 Yaba tablets from the Ramna area of the city in the night.
The arrestees were identified as Mehedi Hasan, Manir Molla and Ibrahim.
They used to sell drugs to people after bringing those from Comilla, Chittagong, Teknaf  and Cox's Bazar.
