Four killed in Jessore road mishap

JESSORE, July 31: Four persons including an NGO official, his wife, a college student and another woman were killed and 10 others were injured in a road accident at Gopalpur morh on the Jessore-Khulna Highway under Sadar Upazila in the district.
Of the deceased, three were identified as Nizam Uddin (30), accounts officer of Ad-Din Hospital -- an NGO, his wife Salma Khatun (22) -- staff nurse of the hospital, Tania Khatun (20) and an unidentified female (25).
