Four killed in Khulna road accident

At least four people were killed in a road accident on Khulna-Jessore highway in Khulna city on Friday afternoon. The deceased could not be identified immediately. Police said they were killed in a collision between a bus and a human hauler (locally known as easy-bike). Locals said the Jessore-bound bus collided head-on with the battery-run three-wheeler coming from the opposite direction in front of Goalkhali BGB Camp on the highway around 3pm, leaving the four dead on the spot. Police recovered the bodies and sent those to Khulna Medical College Hospital for autopsy. They also seized the bus, according to a news agency.
