Freedom fighter seeks govt help

Mokhlesur Rahman, a freedom fighter as well as organiser of the War of Liberation, has sought financial assistance from the Grand Allaince Government.
He played significant role to free the motherland from occupation forces.
Mr Mokhles, son of late Ali Ahmed Rarhi, lives in Samantasar village under Goshairhat thana in Shariatpur district.
His house and properties were destroyed and burnt by Pakistani forces during the war for his valiant role against them.
He could not arrange required money to repair his damaged house till date. He is leading a hapless life now. So, he has sought government help as a war veteran.
