Frugal eating at night to help studies

FOOD habit is important for anyone to lead a better life. In order to succeed in student life, students need also take utmost care of their food habit. The more control students will have over their food habit the better output they can expect from studies.
It is very common to see that students eat heavily at night--many of them do this as the main food of the day. After eating heavily at night, they do not get pleasure in studies since they start feeling 'heavy'. They feel sleepy, the task of studies becomes boring to them and they feel like going to bed. Many of them think "I will wake up tomorrow morning and will study seriously then." What usually happens is because of heavy eating, they cannot have sound sleep and they rather sleep till late hours of the morning. In this time, their valuable time is wasted.
Anyone who wants to study seriously at night and maybe till late hours, should eat moderately. Scientist have seen that one's brain works better when one eats moderately compared to when one eats heavily.
When students will eat moderately at night, they can expect to study better and be in a receptive state of mind. They can also expect to have sound sleep. Better sleep will make them better prepared for studies for the next day.
Parents also need to change their attitude. There are parents who become happy if their kids eat heavily. They need to know that if they allow their kids to eat heavily especially at night, they cannot study properly. So they should rather encourage their kids to eat less at night.
The proverb of Khona can be remembered in this regard. "Eat like a king at morning, eat like a common citizen at lunch and eat like a beggar at dinner."
If students eat like a beggar at night, they can become good students, can perform better in exams and thus can succeed in life. Conquering in the battle field of life will become easier for them.
