Fruit tree fair begins in Gopalganj

GOPALGANJ, July 5: A three-day fruit tree fair-2015 began at upazila parishad premises of Kotalipara in Gopalganj Sunday.
Upazila administration and Department of Agricultural Extension (DAE), Kotalipara jointly organised the fair.
Mohammad Mikail, Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO), Kotalipara presided over the function and Mujibur Rahman Hawlader, Upazila Chairman, Kotalipara, inaugurated the fair as the chief guest.
Ealier they brought out a colourful rally which paraded through the main roads in upazila head quarter. After the rally a discussion meeting was held at the fair premises.
