G4S secures service of London Olympics

G4S has been selected as the official security services provider and tier three sponsor of the London 2012 Olympic and Paraolympic Games by the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games (LOCOG) and Paraolympic Games, says a press release. A 10,000 sfrong security workforce will be tasked with securing the Games alongside the police, local authorities and the volunteer workforce. This will be the biggest security mobilisation in the UK since World War 2. G4S is one of the world's leading security solutions group from risk assessment to delivery.
