Gaining knowledge of HRD issues stressed

Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) has stressed the need for gaining knowledge of HRD issues to achieve success in the competitive global market.
Rafiqul Islam Khan, director of the chamber while speaking at the certificate awarding ceremony of a training course titled 'Human Resource Development (HRD)' at the DCCI Business Institute (DBI) in the city recently said : "Many mid-level managers in our RMG industries are from abroad. We have to develop our managerial capacity to handle the RMG sector properly to make the industry sustainable in the long run."
Thanking DCCI Business Institute for conducting such an excellent course, the participants expressed their satisfaction of getting the opportunity to acquire practical knowledge of HRD from experienced resource persons which would help them in their professional life and be very useful for their business organisations.
DBI Executive Director Md Hossain Ali thanked the participants for their positive comments and said that their learning would be more effective when they applied the acquired knowledge to their day-to-day activities in right earnest.
